Hi guys

i was wondering if there is a way to "set" the multiplier to, in my case, 8.5x instead of it jumping to 6x every now and then?

im still a newbie so any help or advise is welcome

It's just an energy saving feature. If you want you can turn off speedstep in the Bios and it won't drop the voltage and multiplier when your computer is idle or low use.
