Heatsink for 2950 secund CPU

Hi,
i have PowerEdge 2950 with 1 CPU
i just buy addition CPU and i want to know if i need
the same Heat sink GF449 (for the first CPU) or its other model ?

you have server mobo and you are adding a second cpu and you need a matching heatink - your heatsinks should be idential to match the cooling
