Remove RAID 1 from Dell Precision T5400

Dell computer was 80Gb WD mirrored drive with WinXP SP3. No drive space left, so I want to remove the RAID 1 and replace 80Gb drive with 1Tb drive. How is it possible to make the 80Gb drive bootable after removing RAID 1.

Once you break the raid you lose the operating system and information that is saved. Your best way if you want to replace one of the hard drives is to backup your data, replace the hard drive and reload the operating system.
