Hello and happy holidays!

After doing a little homework, I have come up with the following config for a system to play games, do some photo work, and the other stuff that my family will do to screw up a PC to no end  . I am working in the $1500 range (which includes a monitor ~22+ 16x9). What say you?

EVGA 132-BL-E758-A1 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard
$299

Intel Core i7 920 Nehalem 2.66GHz LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Processor ($300)
+
COOLER MASTER UCP RS900-AAAAA3 900W Power Supply ($280)
$460 for i7 and PSU in combo from Newegg

OCZ Platinum 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Triple Channel Memory
$201 - $50 MIR = $151

EVGA 896-P3-1260-AR GeForce GTX 260 896MB PCI-E 2.0 x16 SLI Suport
$235

Thermaltake Tsunami
$110

WD Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD
$80

Pioneer Black 5x Blu-ray Reader 12X DVD±R DVD Burner
$140

Vista 64bit Home Premium
$100

Vigor Monsoon III LT Dual 120mm Fan CPU Cooler Socket 1366 Ready
$60

ASUS VH222H Black 21.5" 5ms HDMI Widescreen 16:9 1080P LCD Monitor
$200

This puts me at ~$1375 (incl $50 MIR). I have speakers, keyboard, and mouse. This would be my second build, and I always have some concern that the memory and MB will play nicely together. OC is not a high priority for me, but a good price/perf is.
As always, your expertise and feedback are appreciated.
