Cant get rid of bitdefender

Hello,
want to get rid of bitdefender, I can not! went to add remove files, is not even there, found it thru search and remove the folders, I want to install a new antivirus and it doesnt let me as it says I still have the bitdefender, already went in safe mode and can not find it... help!

Ccleaner might be able to get rid of it.
