OC - how far can i go?

I overclock'd my system by +20%, but i don't have so much knowledge about OC.
I'm pretty much trying things and learning along..

so i wanted to ask you guys, how far can i go with my current system, and if you got any tips, or you can tell me if im doing something wrong (im sure you will find few things..)

here's all the possible info that i have that might help:

Those 45nm Core 2 Duo E8000 series chips overclock pretty well, and I wouldn't push past 70°C Prime 95 100% load. As for how much further you can go, well, each chip overclocks differently.

Not not directly related to your question, but isn't your RAM running a bit fast? From your CPUZ screenshot it doesn't look like it's meant to run beyond 400MHz (PC6400), yet currently it's at 480MHz (960). Memory multiplier is at 2.4. Wouldn't 2 be better to get a synchronous overclock without risking your RAM?

i tried to run it with 2.0 multiplier but for some reason, it crashes..
i really don't know why but it seams to be alot more stable with 2.4..

but those evo one have a really good cooling, i think it should hold it, isnt it?
