Currently have 2x x-25m 80gig in raid0 looking to replace with

I currently have 2x intel x-25m 80gig in raid 0. Where the performance is nice, I want to get a larger SSD so trim can be enabled. So I'm thinking of selling them.

Am I dumb for doing this? If so, what is a suitable replacement under $375? I was thinking the OCZ Colossus LT Series, or the Crucial C3000?

if you read through the forum comments, that driver is only for an SSD used in conjunction with another RAID present. It won't pass the trim command through RAID.

Hold off for G3 intel.

Do you have unpartitionned space on your RAID0? This is better than TRIM.

no I do not, but I do have a new motherboard coming in soon, gives me an excuse to start a new.
