I turned on my computer and it is asking for the HDD primary user password. I tried my password i usualy use to log on and it doesnt work... so all i can figure is a hacker has effed up my laptop. I know i need to reset the bios but i dont know anything much about computers... how do i get to the motherboard and remove the other battery and how long do i need to leave it out to reset the BIOS?
