will be Upgrading to a HD4870 can my psu handle it... just want to make sure before ordering thanks

and how big of a upgrade will it be...

X1950pro
E6750
Abit p-35
2x2gig Gskill Pi black 1.8v
2XHD 320-500
1xDvd drive
6x Fans 2x120 4x140
Coolermaster 500watt psu 2x12rails 16a on each rail = i know this is a crap psu but its all i got ... :\

Thanks in advance ive look threw threads trying to find someone with the same amps and wattage as mine to compare but havnt had any luck... so ya

That might be pushing it. That PSU only has 1 6pin PCI-E connector. Maybe a 4850 would be a safer choice. Is your system Overclocked at all? I am not so worried about the wattage as the 2 16A rails. It might be ok if you aren't sucking alot of juice to your other components.
