That might be pushing it. That PSU only has 1 6pin PCI-E connector. Maybe a 4850 would be a safer choice. Is your system Overclocked at all? I am not so worried about the wattage as the 2 16A rails. It might be ok if you aren't sucking alot of juice to your other components.
