I have never ever built a computer but i plan on doing so this summer So lots of help needed lol.
So what is a good bus speed??? im using this rig im building for gaming and making videos ect.

You don't have to worry about that, your motherboards bios will take care of it for you.

In most cases, you wont have to modify any of the settings at all (unless you are overclocking). The most common exception to this rule is memory, where you may have to manually set the timings and voltages in the bios, as specified by the memory.
