I am going to buy a new graphics card so I wanted to check my system power consumption to make sure that my 600VA/360W UPS would work with my system.

My System is:

Phenom X4 9550 @2.2GHZ
M3A78-CM mobo
2GBX1 DDR2 800Mhz Ram
Palit HD4850 dual slot version
250GB Sata HDD
1 DVD writer
2 case fans

I also have connected my BenQ 22" HD monitor to my UPS. Will the UPS work?

Also I have a 450W power supply which came with the PC case. It has 25a on +12V rail. Will it support my 4850? I don't want to OC. What will be my total system power consumption?

You should use an Active-PFC power supply when you connecting your computer to a UPS. With 100% PFC (also denoted as having a power factor of 1.00 - the maximum), your 600VA UPS can actually deliver 600W. While with a power factor of only 0.50 (passive PFC) the UPS can only safely deliver 300W.

VA = apparent power
W = real power (VA * power factor)

You have another thread, "4850 Power Supply," in which you've seen concerns that your cheap "with-a-case" PSU may not be up to the job of powering a 4850. If you replace it with a quality PSU, it will indeed be 80+ with Active PFC, so your UPS shouldn't be a problem.
