CPU Coller for 775 socket

Hi fellas,

Could you please tell me which CPU cooler is better (lower temp, noise, possible higher overclock, price is not major point)?
1. Xigmatek HDT-S1283
or
2. Coolermaster V8

You could recommend something else of course. I very appreciate your advice. It is for my q6600 on 775 socket obviously.

I've heard more people recommend the Xigmatek than the coolermaster but have no experience of either...

I have found pretty nice reviews on Noctua NH-U12P. Any thoughts?

Noctuna are one of the best, pricey though...

If you have the money go for that.
