XFX YNF3 9600 GT OVERCLOCK.

Dear friends,i bought a Nvidia 9600 gt lower clocked version from xfx.
This matches the spec of the 59 watt in nvidia website except the memory which is 700instead of 900.
Can i overclock it to the 96 watt version. i have only the stock fan on the card. the normal load temps are 60-65c.
Plus does overclocking the card reduce its life. I atleast have to use it for two years. please read and reply me .
