I7 cooling ?!

hello . I am wondering what u guys should do in my case , ive got an asus rampage 2 extreme mobo and a i7 cpu ... this thing need´s a great cooler , just witch one ? shall i go with the cm v8 or the noctua NH - U12P ... or shall i buy a water cooling kit ?

or are they other good cooler`s ?

Read reviews.
IMO if Your going to overclock go with the liquid cooling...$$$$$
