P5KPL-CM Missing Vanderpool Technology Function

I have a Dualcore processor E5300 installed.In Task MNG I 'm only using 1 core,how can I enable the Second Core?

try disabling cie support in the bios to see if both cores are used. also, check during post to see how many cores are detected.
