Hi
I am thinking about building the PC below. Would you guys let me know what case and PSU would be best if I wanted to OC my system. I am in the UK and would like to spend max £60 on the case and £80 on the PSU.

Intel Quad Q6600
Xigmatek S1283
4GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2 RAM
Geforce GTX260 gfx
500 GB Western Digital SATA HD
SATA DVD Writer

Thanks

I was thinking about the Coolermaster RealPower 620W Modular PSU and Coolermaster CM690 or Antec 300 cases.

Are these good options and is the CM690 worth the extra?

Cooler Master CM690. It has room for a ton of 120mm and 140mm fans. As far as a PSU get an Ultra LSP650... it's a great combo.

The Antec 300 is on the small side. If it is within your price range, then you might want to consider the Antec 900. It is very popular with hardcore gamers into extreme overclocking.

Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, and Seasonic are brands with an excellent reputation for high quality power supplies. They consistently earn high marks in technical reviews and comparisons. Those are the three brands most often recommended by veteran posters at this forum.

the max I can spend on the PSU is around £80.
The non modular 620watt coasir tx is within my budget at £80.
If I wanted 700w then I can only afford the PC Power & Cooling PSU Silencer 750W at £82 from the companys that I have been told to buy.

Go with the Corsair unless you know you will be adding a second card.
