Download old PC data files back to new DELL PC

how to download back "the old-pc data files that were uploaded on line to DELL site when I bought new DELL PC in 11/07" now back to my new DELL PC? (DELL will not help free as originally promised)

Why wait over a year? Do they even have your data still? This should have been done in the first week of receiving your Dell.
