Hard Drive question

Hey guys i got a new 1tb hard drive for christmas, so naturally i installed it and installed 35 games on it.... ok, so i did not do a clean install on that hard drive, i just put it in my computer and left my windows installed on another 100gb hard drive. Now i have a virus, and i need to reinstall xp. If i clean install xp on my 1o0gb, will the games on my 1tb work right off the bat, or will i have to reinstall all of those?

I have to clean install because its the "coolwebsearch" trojan, and i reallyh dont feel like following all the steps to diagnose and remove it, so im just going to clean install.

EDIT: Yep, had to reinstall everything I guess that games are somehow tied into the registry
