My ASUS M2A-VM has a on-board ATI X1250 VGA but I also have a Radeon PCI-E GF6200TC w/ 128Mb I can use. The M2A-VM has ~4Gb of 667MHz RAM w/ AMD 4000+ 2.1GHz CPU.

Which GPU should I use? I would guess the GF6200TC (since it's out-board)but its much older!

BTW: I have 2 sticks of 2Gb of 667MHz RAM w/ one stick in A1 & the other in A2. Should I (or can I) put one stick in A1 & the other in B1?
