Dear sirs/Madams:
For Windows2000, I can set the OS Platform that the PC can be auto login
(i.e.: the login and password can be pre-set) and I do not need to press any
password before access the Windows. (of course, it's only work for
non-domain PC)
But for the Windows XP Prof, I found it can be worked as above situation for
initials. After I have updated the SP1 and some bug fixing from
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com , the above-mentioned feature is disable
and I cannot find where can I be re-activated this function.

Try this:
From Start>Run type in
control userpasswords2
then uncheck 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer' and click 'Apply'. On the next screen - 'Automatically Log On' - delete the name 'Administrator' from the User name box and enter your account name and then the password in the next two boxes. OK your way out and then reboot your system.
