I have a sony vaio with windows vista. The cd/ dvd drive of my laptop is not detected and neither is any pen drive detected. The option does not appear in My Computer.
However I have a usb net connection which works and even my ipod is detected by itunes.
There are no viruses, I also tied the microsoft fixit link for the dvd drive and even had the data cables checked but it still does not work.
Please help me out.
