I was reading on the OCZ forums and found that their 1066 RAM is having problems with many of the gigabyte mobos.
Is there another 1066 RAM that someone can recommend for around $40 (after rebate if necessary)?
I liked the look of those OCZ reaper ones but they are having issues with the gigabytes so I don't know what to do.
Few weeks ago I rebuilt my primary PC using a Gigabyte GA-MA-790GP-UD4H (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128384), an AMD Phenom II X4 9950 Agena cpu (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103291) and Kingston HyperX DDR2 1066 ram (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104073). All bought from Newegg for $300. (the Kingston ram is currently $54.49 for 4GB in 2x2GB configuration)
Worked well with Vista 64 Ultimate, works even better with Windows 7 RC1.
