Hard Drive Corrupt??

Hey guys...i posted before in the Storage section here

These were sort of the problems before

But now... I tried once again reinstalling. When i chose NTFS format i did the long one that included the CHKDSK think maybe a hard drive died. And every time i try it stops at 11%. Which yells to me....Dead Hard Drive.
All the connections are in and the mobo recognizes both drives so im not exactly sure whats going on.

Think I need an RMA??
Any tests i can do w/o Windows. I have 3 other computers if i need to test it on them.

Thx for input (and making 2 posts...but i need this thing running for my dads work )

So i found and ran the Diagnostic on a CD....
And it says:
NO DRIVE FOUND Error/Status Code: 0120 (ill google it and see what happens)

I double checked the connections and even took them out and redid them and still nothing....
