Hi everyone,

My recent pair of:

OCZ Flex EX 2x2GB PC2-9600 (1200Mhz DDR2) were faulty and the RMA has been accepted, but they cannot send me a new pair as they are out of stock atm, so I'm considering to go with a different pair.

The Corsair Dominator 2x2GB (1066Mhz DDR2), are these any good and will they be worth it, would they be better compared to the 1200Mhz ram?

Thanks

^ Well the Corsair Dominators are known for its High performance and stability...
You can easily over clock that to the OCZ's speed...though it would depend on the CPU that you are using...

I have chosen the Dominator's now as I didn't want to risk the 1200Mhz ram not working again, I am running a Phenom II 940 On a Asus M3A79-T Deluxe Mobo

Well I just wanted to ask you about the CPU and mobo...
Hmm...for that CPU and Mobo, the 1066MHz is the best...
And you can go wrong with the Corsair Dominator...but they have a pretty high price premium though :p

Well the flex's I bought were for £92.99

I told the retailer to swap them for the Dominator's which were for £75

Hopefully they'll give the difference back to me :)

^ :p  Hopefully ...well I guess they would say you to buy something else from their store for that price difference as many do the same except certain big retailers...
