Will a GeForce 9800 GTX fit inside a Dell Inspiron 530?

Hello I'm new to the whole PC upgrade scene. Anyways, I was wondering if a GeForce 9800 GTX will fit inside an Inspiron 530 and if it is even compatible with my system. Even though I'm a newbie I think my board specs are Intel Core 2 Duo e4500 and a ACPI Multiprocessor PC. Any info would be most appreciated.

It will be tight, you would also need a psu upgrade ( not my machine )

YES, it WILL fit inside the 530. YES, you DO need to get a PSU upgrade.
