I have my program installed on Windows Xp Home. I need
that whenever machine is powered on It should run this
program automatically ( I dont want to go all the hustle
to click it)

Drag a copy of the shortcut that you use to start your program to the START
> PROGRAMS > STARTUP folder and reboot.
