Price range?

The best is a thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme (true) which sells for around $60 but if your on a budget buy a scythe mugen 2 or a xigmatek HDT1293 these two coolers are great but I would personally buy the true every time :p

hmmmm. i read the link you sent me. helped a lot thanks and also. the thermalright ultra 120 is ranked #1 on www.frostytech.com.. temperature-wise. which makes me want to get it hehehe

oh and i have another question... which case is better. cuz im planning on buying a new case soon.. along with the heatsink. i got these 2 in mind http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129043 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119122 these 2 cases look like they will cool your pc down real good. but im confused. please if you have the time get back to me. also im not a big fan of loud pcs but im sure those 2 cases are loud. haha alright thanks

I havent had any experience with the cooler master case, but you absolutely cant go wrong with the Antec 1200. I switched out my Thermaltake Armour MX+ for an Antec 1200 about 2 weeks ago and LOVE it. Even with 7 fans going its quieter then my previous case and the temps of everything in my system dropped substantially. There are some things they could have done better like a removable motherboard tray and a more screwless design but overall the Antec 1200 is a great case, especially for an overclocker. It definitely deserves its nickname "The Wind Tunnel".
