I really don't know which one to get. I have been reading around and peoples opinions are split right down centre i duno which i should get.

Is the ventilation in v9 much better than 690? and will it have enough space for an i7 mobo and 4870x2?

So yeah, um which one should i get and why?

Thanks in advance.

I would go for the 690 as it has great ventilation, its easy to cable manage, cheap & looks damn good :p

But its relay up to you and what your specific needs are eg. mods, water cooling .etc

I have the CM-690 and love the hell out of it. It brought all my temps down just by changing the case. I have 7 120mm fans in it. I moved the lighted one to the bottom of the case. I put both of the fans that come with it on the side panel and added 4 Apevia 60~CFM fans on the back, top, and in front of the hard drives. It is a little noisy but nothing I can't handle when my 8800GT fan is louder than they are. Also I changed the LEDs on the front around so that the blue which is brighter is my HDD activity light and the red is the normal power light. Otherwise the blue will block out the red and you won't be able to see the HDD light.
