I need Core2Duo on ASRock ConRoe945PL-GLAN

Need new CPU(I prefer Core2Duo) on s775,
Here is my Configuraton now:
Procesor: Pentium 4 540, 3.2 ghz HT,800 mhz Fsb and 1 mb L2 chache
Motherboard: ASRock ConRoe945PL-GLAN
RAM:KINGSTON PC-6400, 1X2GB 800 MHZ (but it works on 240 mhz i think that is because its not dual channel)
VIDEO CARD: CLUB 3D ATI Radeon HD4850 512 MB-DDR3
COOLER: SCYTHE Katana 2 SCKTN-2000
what dual core procesor i can install on this motherboard becouse i think that p4 540 is a battleneck
