I am having problems trying to burn labels to a disc using windows 7

Hello,

I am having problems with LiteOn. My computer is not recognizing LiteScribe and I am having problems with burning to dvd-r and burning labels using lightscribe program it is not being recognized. Can someone help me? Thank you in advance

I had to buy another dvd burner mine was not working. Everything is fine now. Thank you......Marcia
