I believe I know the answer to this but wanted to get the communities feedback. I just built my first i7 920 on an ASUS P6T v2 mobo and upon the first boot, I ran CPUZ and noticed the clock speed was 1.6 (12x133MHz). I expected to see the CPU running at 2.66GHz stock right out of the gate so this caught me by surprise.

All BIOS settings were at default so is this normal behavior for a 920 - to be running underclocked at idle until sufficient load occurs to cause SpeedStep/Turbo modes to kick in and boost performance?
