This is my setup: Amd athlon II x4 630 2.8, Biostar A760G m2+, Adata 4gb DDR2 800, Western Digital 500gb HDD, ATI Radeon HD 5450, Windows7H

The problem is when i overclock the cpu from the bios, even just from 2.8 to 3.0 I can not get the system stable, i have tried increasing the voltage with no luck, stock voltage is 1.15 i have raised it to 1.375 and it dosen't help! I do not understand the more technical settings but can learn very quickly. If you have any questions or need more information please ask!

Check your ram timings and make sure that you are not maxing it out prematurely. I suggest unganged mode with a slight underclock on the ram that will allow a much better overclock.
