Ram To Go with Phenom II X4

I have the Phenom II X4 2.8 CPU and im looking for Memory to go with it

So should i Go with the 1066Mhz Ram or 800Mhz Ram and why ?

PS : My Mainboard supports 1066Mhz Memory

You should probably go with 1066 MHz RAM since the Phenoms have more efficient memory controllers than Intel and can actually see a boost from 800 to 1066. Also DDR2 RAM is insanely cheap so why not spend the extra $5.
