i hear the processor can be overclocked to 4.0Ghz stable with a few adjustments and 3.4GHz stable at stock settings and stock fans... the mobo has overclocking options etc from reveiws i have read.
the graphics card is ment to be amazing for its price.

Need to know what kind of PSU i need. will be running with a DL dvd drive, 350Gb Sata and a few more fans for that perfect airflow. also need a CHEAP case that has side vents and room for an intake fan on the front and exaust on the back.

Antec Sonata III w/ 500w Antec Earthwatts PSU £106.94 inc VAT

That gets you a decent case and a reliable power supply all in one. It doesn't have a side vent, but with that video card you won't need it (I have the same video card, it has a good dual slot cooler and vents the hot air out of the case).
