How to remove TLB fix for phenom 9600?

Everywhere that I've looked always has a broken link to the small program that supposedly disables the Vista SP1 TLB fix for this processor. Does anybody know where I can find a working link for this? I've tried to search for it on my own but I've hit too many dead ends.
