Geez! I'm stuck. So what's new. This is my first build so i'm still trying to learn. Do i use the yellow pci express or the adapter/molex combination to power up my asus 4850

If your power supply has the 6 pin PCI-E power connetor, you will want to use that. If it does not, you will want to use the molex to 6 pin connector. Usually the adapter has 2 molex connectors to (1) 6 pin. You will want to use both of them and make sure each is on a seperate segment.

That is what i figured; but when your not sure; ask.

Thanks for your help. The card is on it's way back to asus for repairs.
