I have a brand new 400W PSU from Delta Electronics. It is a Gateway Gaming FX Series Desktop pull. I want to upgrade my old system's 256MB nVidia 7600 GS to a 512MB HD Radeon 4670 (best I can get with my mobo...also, my old PC has a 300W PSU). My CPU is an Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 and my GPU will be a 512MB Radeon HD 4670. I want to buy this one of these GPUs:

This is the PSU:

Some guy sold it and gave specs (just scroll down):

I would say it's probably OK for a 4670. No more than that. It's a fairly solid PSU. Delta is a good brand over all. They make PSUs for Antec and others.
This one is rated for 30A on the 12V rails, so should be fine.

The 375 watt 30 amp psu in my Dell has no problem powering an 8800GTS.
It's built by Newton, a Delta partner.
