Overclock which is better ?

hi, my system
Intel Core i5 Quad-core I5-750 2.66GHz Processor
Mother board : GIGABYTE P55A-UD6
ram : OC2 1600 4GB x 2 = 8GB
graphic card : Asus - 5770 CU Core 1 GB x 2nos
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Power Supply : Cooler Masters 850W
Window : Window 7 home 64 bit

1) the gigabyte motherboard got the Smart Quick Boost auto overclock function.
which one is better smart quick boost or manual overclock ?

2) my system can go how extremely high overclock ?

3) manual overclock, can advise the best easy way to do it.
