I've been using 32GB WD Raptor as system disk for last 4 years and I'm considering to replace it with Samsung F3 (as the raptor is too loud and quite small). I'm not sure if it is good idea as the Raptor is 10k RPM and F3 "only" 7.2k RPM. On the other side, the F3 is new one and much larger. Could you PLS advice which one would perform better as system disk (for Win7)?

I would opt for the new drive.
1-The Raptor is old, it's really getting close to it's use by date.
2-It's noisy.
3-It's only just big enough, with not much wiggle room.
4-Do you really need the extra speed badly enough to put up with the noise and little space.
A 64 bit instalation of W7 requires at least 20 GB by the time you install your programs, get Windows updates, Windows restore points, swap file, you get the picture.
Of course if you can find the $$$ for a new 300GB or even a 150GB Raptor by all means go for it.

I was considering SSD HDD, but 64GB is small (when I think about next years) and 128GB is too expensive for me. That's why I considering 1TB Samsung F3 - when I buy SSD in the future, I can still use this 1TB as a storage.
