Want to Upgrade video card due to my APG Radeon 9800 XT 256MB fan being out. Here's my sys.
Dell Dimension XPS GEN 2
Processor type
IntelĀ® PentiumĀ® 4 3.4 GHz 800MhHz FSB
Memory
2 GB, 400-MHz DDR SDRAM
Video
Type
AGP 8X
ATI Radeon 9800 XT 256MB
PSU
460 Watts
I need to know if i should go with the Radeon X1950 Pro 256MB or Radeon 3850 512MB, both are about $120 to $130, but which would be best for my sys. I am do plan to upgrade to a new sys this year but do not want to box this sys. up as it is still useful.

3850.

I have the agp 1950 pro and it is a decent card but its outdated now with the 38 and 48 series out. I don't think they make an agp 48 series card.
