Buying new cpu

HEY GUYS!
First off, im new and idk if im doing this right.
I need help choosing a new cpu for my low-med gaming rig.
Specs:
Intel Pentium 4 @ 4 ghz
2gb ram
evga 9600gso
dynex 400 watts
120gb sata
Abit Fatal1ty 650i motherboard
Ok so my p4 is not the worst but its getting old. My p4 also heats up alot even at stock. Im new at ocing but i got the hang of it. I play games like crysis, warhead COD 4 - 5, fear 2 fallout 3, grid, farcry all, and so on...
Here are my choices of cpus:
Pentium 4 630+ (becuase of cache)
e2140 e2160 e2220
e4400 e4600
e5200 e5300
e7xxx
q8200

so wats best for gaming and benching?

Also is my Dynex 400 watt good enough for any of those cpus listed? btw its a high quality 400 watt...

to be honest you'll need to refresh your rig. if you want it to last more than a year.

I also have my doubts that the 650i mobo will support 45nm cpu's so that means you'd have to get a 65nm processor.

!well yeah ill upgrade in a year lol!
my system can max out the most system crushing game... lol crysis maxed out 1280x1024... and a new cpu will be great.
yeah i think ur right about it not supporting 45nm but i think its only fo quads that it doesnt have support fo when its 45nm....
still need help tho guys!
