Hi guys tried to google but no joy, ive loaded all my files onto my nas and now im tryin to organise them and im getting really slow speeds, i assumed the as it was within the nas i would get better speeds because it is regardless of my connection, to clarify for and example im transfering files from nas/downloads to nas/video and its slooooow

How are you connecting to the NAS? 100 Mb Ethernet, Gigabit? How powerful is the NAS controller?
