Boot Drive

I am in need of a new harddrive because mine is full. I want to get a tb drive to store all my music and games and photos on and then have a small faster boot drive. I don't think I'm getting an SSD which leaves me with 10,000 rpm but I'm not wanting to spend money on that. What is the quickest 7200 rpm drive for booting?
