Hows Gigabyte G41M-ES2L

Hi friend,
I would like to know hows the board Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L for overclocking ?
I recently got one about 2 weeks ago and i bought a Pentium Dual Core E5300 for it.
The board has Intel's G41 chipset with ICH 7 southbridge.......It has 2 DDR II 800 DIMM Slots and company boasts of Overclocked RAM frecueny's upto 1066 Mhz(533*2)...........
Please reply if you have used seen or read nice reply's about this board....
