I have a relatively used mid-range computer, my system specs are:

Intel Duo Core e6850 @ 3.0 mz
ASUS P5N-E SLI motherboard
4 gig of Patriot dual channel low latency ddr2 ramm
ATI Radeon 5850 1 gb vidcard
Audigy 4 SE soundcard
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Now question is, i'm looking at OC'ing my processor\motherboard (whatever) and have several different posts up at ASUS & tomshardware concerning oc'ing my mb. Now question is, concerning my memory (Patriot PC2-6400 Low Latency ddr2 @ 800Mhz) i changed the timings on my 2 2-gig strips awhile ago, now i'm told in another post of mine that this "could" cause some problems if i oc the mb, need some input on this plz.

With the information you have given there is no way of telling. It will depend on how high you are going to OC and the capability of your ram to OC if you push it past 400 FSB.

Well i was looking to oc my processor from it's stock speed of 3.0 mhz to at least 3.4 mhz, as i've been told that that is a pretty safe area (although it can be oc'ed much higher than that).
