Windows Configuration Service Pack

What do you do if your PC is rebooting and the screen reads "stage 1 of 2 configuring service pack 32% complete do not turn off your computer" and has become stuck on that?

  2. This usually happens when you have a virus or malware on your system that prevents the service pack from installing correctly.
