Upgrade proccesor

I am thinking of to upgrade CPU on tx1000z, maybe quadcore. any recommends?

Newegg has the opteron 1354 budapest am2 quad core (bare cpu only) for only $84.99 right now. It runs at 2200 hertz. Combined with an asus server board (newegg has some open box ones for around $100, or maybe the new asus m4a78-t (which should recognize the cpu even though it's not on it's cpu support list).
