Hello, I have a speedfan?

My idle speedfan voltage readings are
vcore1=1.15v
vcore2=1.26v
+3.3v=1.52v
+5v=5.13v
+12v=8.77v
-12v= -12.86v
-5v= -4.91v
+5v=5.05v
vbat=3.30v

Why is my -12v so high? Does my pc have problems?
