It has been a while since I put together a computer so forgive me, but do I need to download drivers/bios for a GA-MA780X-UD4P Mobo?

I am installing Windows 7 on it and here:

http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support [...] #anchor_os

they don't show any drivers for Windows 7.

Should be fine. MB already has a bios and it's best to leave it alone unless you need some new feature. As far as drivers, win 7 has most of them built in. The only one it was missing on my install was an old audigy2 card. And if it is missing anything you should be able to use the vista drivers, win7 is essentially a refined version of vista.
