Can I exchange a scsi for a sata hard drive Tags: Hard Drives SATA SCSI Storage Last response: June 30, 2010 2:26 PM in Storage Share maldod June 30, 2010 1:54:08 PM My hard drive needs replacing. It is an "ST316082 7AS SCSI" which seems to be a Seagate drive. Most internal drives are advertised as SATA and the ones I have seen as SCSI are extremely expensive.
